BACP accredited Counsellor based in West Sussex

Hello and welcome to my website.

Highly qualified and experienced BACP accredited Counsellor, I offer affordable counselling to both individuals and couples of all ages and backgrounds. I also work as a clinical supervisor and welcome other counsellors to meet with me to find out how we could work together.

I have worked with people who have been diagnosed with a variety of mental illnesses, including anxiety, depression and eating disorders, and have an open and accepting approach. I have been working as a therapist for fourteen years and provide a confidential environment where we can sit together and explore your problems to help deepen your understanding.

I use a variety of techniques within my work which will revolve around trying to understand your experience of the world. Your first session is free of charge and is an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to therapy and how your ‘difficulty’ can be addressed. It is also a time for you to ask any questions you may have and decide whether we are happy to work together.

I offer affordable counselling to both individuals and couples and have helped people for many years, both young and old, many with very serious problems.

I have set out to create a relaxed environment for us to work together in.

I work to the highest professional and ethical standard. Confidentiality is an essential ethic in counselling. You may have a problem which feels so difficult that you feel unable to talk about it even to your closest friends, so if you are feeling lost or depressed, suffering from relationship difficulties, or just don’t know who you are anymore, please feel free to get in contact.

I invite you to browse through this site which offers more about how I can assist you and details of my specific qualifications and experience.
